Environmentally sustainable (Green) building is becoming increasingly mainstream in the real estate industry. The growing interest in sustainability reflects the increasing concern about the impact on our environment, the rising cost of energy, and the mounting evidence of the holistic benefits of building green.  This symposium will explore how operators, investors and developers might begin to build, renovate and operate with sustainability in mind.

Special Note About Parking
Limited parking will be available at both the E-51 and the Hayward parking lots, however public transportation is strongly recommended during business hours due to the shortage of available public parking in the area (near the “Kendall/MIT” stop on the T’s Red Line).  Follow Main Street to Wadsworth Street; continue walking towards the Charles River, and take the staircases on your left to the top.  We are on the 6th Floor of Building E52, which is on the right at the top of the staircases.

Directions to the parking lots are as follows:
E-51 Parking Lot
From Memorial Drive, turn onto Wadsworth Street and take the first left onto Amherst Street. The lot is the first left.
Hayward Lot

From Memorial Drive, turn onto Wadsworth Street and take the first left onto Amherst Street.  Take the first right onto Hayward Street – the lot is located on the right.
