Course Overview
Designed in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Center at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, this course provides real estate professionals with a framework for generating innovation and entrepreneurship within a new enterprise. It is targeted to real estate professionals who have significant experience in the industry.
Learning Outcomes:

Use lessons learned in high technology to understand the process and critical success factors of entrepreneurship and innovation

Generate “out of the box” thinking for participants regarding new opportunities in real estate and how to approach them

Instructor:
Bill Aulet is Acting Director, Senior Lecturer, and Entrepreneur in Residence at the MIT Entrepreneurship Center. He has over 25 years of experience in almost every aspect of technology business operations and financing. He works with students and start up companies to build strategies and operating plans that will create sustainable value as well as working with large companies and governments to improve their entrepreneurial vitality and innovative capabilities.

The program fee covers tuition, course reader, continental breakfast, and light refreshments. Registration and payment must be made at least one week prior to the course start date. Course information, including the reader, will be made available once payment is received.
