Commercial Real Estate Trends: Is There a Disconnect between Capital Markets and Space Markets?
The recent decline of real estate yields in spite of increasing vacancy rates will be discussed this evening in an international context, and analysed with respect to its further development. A panel discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception, which will allow further discussion between panelists and guests.
Tony Ciochetti, Chairman of the MIT Center for Real Estate, will join an international forum of real estate professionals to discuss a topic of interest to investors and bankers.
