Graduate fellowships for MSRED and Ph.D. students
Another important priority for the Center for Real Estate is to increase support for graduate fellowships. Ours is a strictly graduate-level program. Since little outside grant aid is available for master's and doctoral students in real estate, internal support for graduate students is of particular importance to the Center. This enables us to remain competitive with our peer institutions and to support students with interdisciplinary interests in real estate.
Permanent fellowships can also be named and endowed by an individual, a couple, family, or corporation for the following amounts:
- Graduate fellowship (tuition plus stipend), two semesters: $800,000
- Graduate tuition-only fellowship, two semesters: $500,000
- Graduate fellowship (tuition plus stipend), one semester: $400,000
- Graduate tuition-only fellowship, one semester: $250,000
