The artwork on the current version of The Standard Technology Ring, colloquially known as the "Brass Rat," is the unmistakable hallmark of an MIT student. Each year, it is designed by a Ring Committee, who present their design at the Ring Premiere. This year's Ring Premiere is for the members of the Class of 2003, and their Brass Rat.
The artwork on the current MIT home page was created by Ryan D. Williams and Joel J. Jaimes.
