This is the crypto locker.  It is intended to contain various small
programs and libraries using cryptography.  Ideally, the fact that a
program uses cryptography shouldn't be terribly relevant, but such
programs are generally non-exportable and thus need to live in a
locker which is system:authuser readable.  This is such a locker.

Bug reports should go to crypto-maintainers@mit.edu.

	arch		Architecture-specific files (executables,
			libraries, etc.).

	dist		Distributions of software, in case something
			needs to be unpacked from source files.

	etc		Configuration files for programs in this
			locker.

	man		Manual pages for programs in this locker.

	src		Source code for the programs in this locker.
