CSF raises money each June by selling the plants that adorn the podium during MIT's Commencement ceremonies. The plants are made available through the generosity of the Office of Conference Services and Special Events.
There are great bargains to be had on geraniums, impatiens, scaveolas, and flowers of all sizes, shapes, and colors. This event is always fun, high-spirited, and fast-paced! Proceeds from the Plant Sale benefit CSF.
This Year's Sale
The next CSF Plant Sale will take place after the commencement exercises for the class of 2009, scheduled for Friday, June 5, 2009.
Check back closer to this date for more information about the sale.
Volunteer!
The CSF Plant Sale is staffed by volunteers from all parts of the MIT community. We welcome new volunteers.
