These are just things that caught my eye at some point or other - do not take them to be a cross-section of my personality. Most of the sites that most reflect what I think and how I feel do not appear here - it is faster to type the URL from memory than it is to get it from a bookmarks list.
In fact, these are here, not for you, but for me. I use several different computers at several different places, and each has its own living bookmarks file. Not all of them are included here, and many are totally out of date - I purge periodically. Sometimes, it is useful to search my bookmarks lists for some obscure site rather than to reproduce the search using the standard websearch methods.
