MIT Curling Club 2009-2010

About us:

The MIT curling club is an ASA-recognized student group that...well...goes curling.

All MIT students are welcomed to join us regardless of skill or experience. Interested students from other nearby schools that don't have a curling program should also feel free to contact us. If interested, send us an email at our officer mailing list: curling[dash]owner[at]mit[dot]edu.


Our main activities include:

  • Weekly curling during the season running from mid-October through the end of March. We curl over at the Broomstones Curling Club on Fridays, typically leaving MIT around 3:30 and returning around 7:00.
  • Introductory events each semester to introduce new people to the great sport of curling
  • Participation in various college or club bonspiels on both a regional and national level
