Sòs Ti-Malis 2 tsps hot pepper 1 large chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped shallots or scallions 3 minced cloves of garlic 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice 1/4 cup oil salt and pepper to taste 1. Marinate onions with the lemon juice for 2hrs 2. Combine all ingredients and boil in a pot for 10 minutes until hot peppers are tender. 3. Allow to cool and store in a glass jar or bowl in the refrigerator.
