Since D-Lab began in the Fall of 2002, students have worked with community partners in numerous developing countries to invent new solutions to age-old problems. Some of those inventions and projects are profiled here, in the D-Lab Project Portfolio. As with most technological advances, each of the inventions described herein builds on previous work by numerous researchers and inventors from around the world. And the work has only just begun. Check back frequently to see the unfolding stories of the technologies and projects of D-Lab. Much of the content of the site can be found by exploring the menu at left for each technology.
