I am a graduate student in CSAIL, MIT. I work with Prof. Polina Golland in the Vision Group. I am also collaborating with Prof. Nancy Kanwisher's group at BCS. I earned my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees both from University of Tehran, Iran.

Currently, my research is somewhere on the boundaries of computer science (more specifically, Machine Learning,) and neuroscience. Some keywords of my research are: Probabilistic Modeling and, Graphical Models, Clustering, Convex Analysis, Information Theory, Combinatorial Optimization, Spectral Graph Theory, Differential Geometry.
