I've NOT had good experiences with New Millennium As far as recruiters I would stay away from Pencom and Source EDP, they both do not have your best interest in mind, and Pencom was far from upfront with me. I've received two cold calls at work from a certain Fred Donaldson of Lloyd Prescott. I recommend avoiding him like a social disease.
