Biography

At present I am a Ph.D. student at the MIT Media Lab. My research deals with distributed sensor networks and creating distributed storage systems with wireless networks.

I received my Bachelor's in Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 1996 from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

My research has focused extensively on issues in mobile computing. I received a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in September of 1997. My thesis focused on optimzing the language translation system used by the DIPLOMAT project.

I have experience in IT consulting from my work at the Sapient Corporation in San Francisco, California.

I grew up in Essex Fells, NJ and graduated from The Pingry School in 1992.
