Pre-registered guests may sign in on June 09, 2009 from
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Boston. Pre-registration is required; on-site registration will not be
available.
The Sheraton Boston is located in Boston's Back Bay, attached to the Hynes Convention Center, and a quick trip over the Mass Ave Bridge from MIT.

If you are driving to and from the event, there is a discounted self-parking rate ($16) at the Prudential Garage for IdeaStream participants; your ticket will be validated at the IdeaStream Registration Desk. Valet parking fees are the sole responsibility of attendees.

BUS FROM MIT (77 Mass Ave)
Take the #1 bus or the CT1 over the bridge towards Boston. Exit at the Hynes/ICA stop. The Hotel is a short walk and is visible from the Hynes/ICA Stop.
BUS SCHEDULE
FROM THE "T" (SUBWAY)
Take the GREEN LINE. If taking a ‘B’, ‘C’ or ‘D’ train get off at Hynes Convention Center stop. If taking an ‘E’ train, get off at the Prudential stop. The Hotel is a short walk and is visible from both ‘T’ locations.
