Design for Change provides a wealth of resources involved in socially responsible design projects. The organization maintains an extensive network of contacts and experts, in both the developing world and western nations. These contacts offer a variety of knowledge, information, and support to students working on projects, events, and field research. Furthermore, the provide insight into the world of development beyond the university setting. DfC also helps students find funding and approval of their ideas, locating potential funding sources and offering support and feedback to potential applications.
