| As a cultural house, German House is associated with an
MIT faculty member through the Institute's House Fellow program. The
program is designed to encourage students to interact with professors
in an informal setting. We are delighted to have Professor Ulm—of
the Departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering—as our House Fellow since 2006.
