R and D (Pub at Stata Center)

 

R& D Nachos- Crisp Nachos smothered with melted cheddar cheese, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, topped off with salsa, sour cream and guzcomole.
Chicken Quesadilla – Grilled Tortilla, stuffed with marinated chicken, salsa, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and scallions. Sour cream served on the side.
Roasted Potato Wedges – Basket of Roasted Potato Wedges served with zesty Garlic Aioli.
Pita chips with dip – Pita triangles seasoned and baked served with garlic hummus for dipping.
Thai Chicken – Skewered strips of marinated Chicken served with peanut dipping sauce.
Spiced Pecans – Bowl of hot & sweet toasted Pecan halves.
Sliders - BBQ Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork or Buffalo Chicken on a toasted roll.
Personal Pizzas - Cheese or create your own by adding toppings, choose from pepperoni, sausage, onion, mushrooms, and peppers.
