WinSock Helper Dynamic Library

Currently I am working on my fourth project involving the modifications to wshelper Dynamic Library to remove its dependency on Novell Lan WorkPlace installation and support other major TCP/IP stacks. This compatibility will be achieved by searching for the vital information in the well-known locations used by the supported stacks. Then, the new version of wshelper will be ported to NT.
