Jim was a very talented drummer during our hay day in the late 1960s
Joey Vando on bass. I've recently caught up with Joe after many years. He is alive and well in Quincy Ma. Joe enjoyed a
measure of success as a front man for his own band, 'The Joe Vando Band". Recent health issues caused Joe to retire
from touring.

BIOGRAPHY

Jerry D's..... love for guitar music started at a very young age. By age 11, he was studying at the Boston School of Music, in Cambridge,

MA. Way back in high school, he was appearing regularly at Boston-area high schools with the band " Jerry and the Gents". More recently,

he has played with the PoP trio "Radio Days" and the blues outfit "the Blueshackers" before joining "the Crossing", which

was a South Shore quartet featuring an awesome blend of both PoP and Blues 'ORIGINAL TUNES' and, "the best harmonies around".

That experience awakened and

broadened Jerry's artistic talent for writing lyrics as well as music.

His playing style and grace has earned him the 'moniker',

'SWEET JERRY D.'

given to him by young BOSTON guitar slinger and vocalist DOMENIC FRIZZI , who fronts
