How may I donate my late husband's Masonic jewelry, etc. so that the
Snellville Lodge or Masonic charities may benefit?

First: what country is Snellville in? What
state/province/region/county? I could help you better if I knew where
you were.
Do you know how to contact the lodge itself? If you have any of his
lodge notices (the mailings from the lodge announcing upcoming events
and meetings) that will have the name and address of the master and the
secretary.
Have you asked the lodge about the jewelry? If your late husband was
a past Master of the lodge, he would have receieved a "jewel" -- a
pocket emblem or pin. This is traditionally returned to the lodge for
presentation to another lodge master in the future, as a way to keep
your husband in the lodge's memory.
They may also be able to advise you about the other jewelry.
If you cannot reach that lodge, the grand lodge of your state or
province (if you are in No. America) or of your country (most other
parts of the world), could help you. There is a list of grand lodges in
the Pointers section of my web-site. You can
call or write to the office of the grand secretary for assistance at
most grand lodges.
I am sorry to hear of your bereavement. I hope my information will
be of some help.
