A Vulcan Lodge is any lodge named "Vulcan Lodge" -- evidently it is
an unusual name for lodges around the world, and the members of one of
those lodges thought it would be fun to hear from members of other
lodges with the same name.
There's also a lodge named "Phoenix
Lodge" looking to get in touch with other lodges that are also
called "Phoenix Lodge". And probably other lodges with other
interesting names may be doing the same thing.
