Dear Mr. Support@net2phone,
Gee, those are really swell questions. Did you think of them yourself? What is the URL of this "web site by a person named Albert Pike" that you found?
I suppose I should feel bad about the tone of my reply, but I don't, because I don't think you are for real.
I get a lot of questions from Fundies who get hold of some old church bookstore pamphlet, usually based on the Taxil Hoax, who think that they're on to some big discovery about Masonry. I learned long ago the pointlessness of debating or discussing anything with them.
If you actually want to know something about Masonry, you're welcome to read all the stuff on my site. If you want to argue about different parts of God's anatomy, that's religion, which I don't care to argue about.
If you want to know about how Albert Pike relates to Masonry you can read about that in the web-site, too. Personally I don't know much about Pike and don't care to. He's not a spokesmen for Masonry or "Higher Level Masonry" (of which there is no such thing).
I can spot flame-bait when I see it.
