The recipe: Along with the milk, add a column of vanilla ice cream, six
scoops in depth, broken up in a metal urn under a pure white blender (time
it on the wall clock behind you for accuracy, but don't rush it and make
note in your receipe book, open in front of you), sprinkle a little ashen
nutmeg, and brace it with a few teardrops of J&B.  Ah, IN CASE YA don't get
it right the first time, try it again.
