Message:: Now 85, for years I have researched the Blue Jacket legend and proved this Shawnee War Chief was not a white man named Marmaduke Van Swearingen. The chief's grandson, Rev. Charles Bluejacket was a Mason raised ca 1867 probably in Oklahoma. Can anyone provide additional info re this Mason's lodge in OK? Or perhaps if Thomas Jefferson Larsh was one of his sponsors? His 7sth generation grandson, M/Sgt. Donald Eugene Bluejacket was a WWII friend of mine who had a son, Mike, I am attempting to locate. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
