I remember wanting to hold my father's mason ring and placing this
huge ring on my little fingers, hoping that someday I would grow into
it. I also remember vividly the look of pride on his face whenever
talking about Freemasonry.
If Freemasonry makes good men better then it made my father the best.
He is someone whom I look up to and he would literally give the shirt
off of his back for someone in need. He is and always will be the best
friend that I have.
When I joined the Freemasons, it was to make him proud of me but in
the process I have embraced the ideals of Freemasonry. In my heart I
believe there is no better organization in the world and no better
friends than my brothers. I hope that I could be half the man that my
father is and if I am, it would put me one step short of great.
Thank you for your time.
