NetOp Setup Guide

Netop: Remote Control Program that allows control of host PC from a guest PC or PDA using the host's IP Address

Starting the Host PC

-Select the HOST program in the NetOp Remote Control folder of the Start Menu. (If a question regarding serial communication appears, say no).

-Click "Wait for Call" button to start host

-If using NetOp with Bluetooth, goto Configuration > Communication Profile > TCP/IP (Edit) > Change "Communication Device" to TCP/IP (TCP)

Starting a Guest PC

-select the GUEST program in the NetOp Remote Control folder of the Start Menu. (If a question regarding serial communication appears, say no).

-Click the "Quick Connect" tab.

-Provide the name of the host in the correct area.

-Click the "Browse" button.

-Double Click Host name in the "Browse List".

Starting a Guest PDA

-In the Start Menu or Programs Menu start the NetOp Guest Program.

-Enter the IP address of the host computer in "Connect to" box and press connect. -If using Bluetooth, goto File > Communication and select TCP-Icons on the bottom:

Full Screen Zoom (Hit magnifier then point you wish to zoom to).
