Delta Upsilon offers housing to college students looking to spend the summer in the Boston area. We offer many amenities at a very affordable price, as well as the opportunity to live in very social environment. We provide very flexible housing arrangements and aim to make the summer as enjoyable as possible. Weekly social events and numerous barbeques are included in the summer rent.
Our spacious six story brownstone offers large private rooms, spacious common rooms and many other benefits of the house. Our roof deck covers the expanse of the top of the house and is the perfect place for sunbathing, even including a section of sand known as the DU Beach . We have a full kitchen, with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and deep fryer. We also have free laundry, wireless high speed internet, premium digital cable, computer room, pool table, foosball table, movie screening room with a 12 foot projection screen, and weight room. There is limited parking in our house's private lot.
Our house is located in the heart of Boston 's Back Bay . We are within minutes of the Prudential Center , Newbury Street , Copley Square and Fenway Park . The Hynes Convention Center T-stop on the Green line is located 2 blocks from our house, and there are many public bus stops nearby. There are also many bars, restaurants, and shops in our surrounding area.

There is a flat rate for the summer, which is $1250 for doubles and $1000 for triples. This price includes all utilities and amenities. Please email for more exact pricing information.
