This is to acknowledge that someone misappropriated the CASTAC
subscriber list and sent a (very stupid) message (requesting .00 US
CASH) to many of you.

I have now tried to make the subscriber list even more unavailable while
still allowing new folks to subscribe without my intervention.  Barring
any further attacks, the list should remain free of such intrusions.
