Prof. Lawrence Susskind receives IAIA Global Environmental Award

Professor Lawrence Susskind received the International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA) Global Environment Award for 2007. This is the seventh time that the award has been given and Larry joint a list distinguished award winners. Larry was selected for the honor because of his "outstanding, sustained and unique contributions to the field," according to the IAIA. It was noted, in particular, that Larry's founding of the Consensus Building Institute has contributed to the resolution of hundreds of environmental disputes worldwide.
