The REFS (Resources for Easing Friction and Stress) provides peer support for the DUSP community. We are here to help you with difficult situations and thereby ameliorate stress, increase communication, and improve relationships within the department. We can also help direct you to appropriate resources available at MIT.
REFS maintain confidentiality-- all conversations will be kept in confidence and we will only take action with your permission – except in the unusual circumstance of imminent risk of serious harm to self or others.
DUSP REFS is part of Mediation@MIT's REFS Program and provides assistance to anyone in DUSP.
Please feel free to contact us about anything that you would like to talk about!
