Dear MassNEtters -

I am pushing ahead in getting some collaboration happening with the Mass 
Telecom Council.

Things are forging ahead nicely however before I get any further along, I 
wanted to tap the MassNEt group to see if we have any pre-existing 
relationships with them.  Please email me if you have any close contacts 
with the good folks there.
