does anyone have information on how many doctorates are being granted
now in conflict management?  actual data from nova, george mason, 
etc for the last year or two would be very useful.  

on other topics, i'll have a position announcement on the net in a day
or two and it looks like our ma program will be going satellite in 
the fall but the footprint (i'm learning tv jargon) will be limited
to california.
