r -- In general visitors at these monthly meetings are fine with me.  
10-12 might be overwhelming, however, since we usually have about that 
number of mediators.  And we already have some visitors coming.  It 
would be easier to absorb them if they were interested in taking roles 
in the role play, not just watching.  Would they?  I hate to say I hope 
your field trip falls through, but anyway I hope you can make it.
