Hi all!  

Albert has kindly helped me spread the word.  We all get swamped 
under work every now and then, so here's credit where credit is 
due: thanks a million for your help, Albert!

For you reluctant ones, here is the scoop on the new list: I have 
created it for use by students who have been trained as mediators.  
The idea came to me at the March meeting, when I realized that 
the role-play and all would last a lot longer than I could afford 
to stay (school, you know...)  I noticed that most of the students 
had a similar schedule, so we might be able to get together only at 
weird hours... weekends or late evenings come to mind. 

So that's how mediation-students@mit.edu came to be.  I am the 
official nerd    oops (force of habit!) administrator of the list.  
In keeping with the example of the main list, the new one is: 
active, private, and hidden, as of today.

Send me (ada@mit.edu) email to get subscribed to it, and you 
will get an acknowledgement from yours truly within 3 days.  
If you are not subscribed yet, please note: I won't add your 
name of my own will.  I received an email message telling me 
that the sender dislikes being on too many lists at once 
for fear of flamage and other time-wasting stuff.  
I want to assure you that no such things will happen, since 
we all have better and more intelligent things to do with our time. 
Still, if YOU don't tell me you want to be on the new 
list, you won't be added to it. 
 
Business aside, I hope the term is not TOO hard on anyone...  
It could be a lot worse, you know...  it could be  *FINALS*  week!
