Mediators -- I thought you'd like to know that our own Susan Allen has 
been named Dean of Students at Roxbury Community College.  It's a big 
job with a lot of challenges.  She'll be leaving in late Dec. but has 
graciously agreed to come back to do her part in the mediation training 
in January, her last job at MIT.  I, for one, am very grateful for her 
commitment and contributions.  Congratulations Susan!
