Dear Sirs

        If you need any information serveices in the Russian Far East,
we would like to assist you. Or, if you prefer, you may contact the
American Department of Commerce, Vladivostok branch.

The following is a list of services we can provide:

- Search for the information on the specific subject through all of the
major Russian networks. The collected information will be send to the
customer daily by E-mail (fax is also possible, but it'll be much more
expensive). The cost of this service is $0.25/Kb + $10.00 a month per
subscription. One time search through the archives (up to 6 month back)
is also possible - the cost is $0.35/Kb, but not less than $5.00.

- Fax gate to VLADIVOSTOK. You can save money by sending the E-mail to
the address FAX@dmitr.marine.su and typing the fax number in the SUBJECT
field. The file will be converted into fax and sent to the recipient.
The cost of the service is $0.40/Kb. In the nearest future we'll expand
this service to other cities.

- Translation service Russian <--> English (could be applyed to the
services above). Also we can translate the ongoing communications
(faxes, E-mails, etc.) The cost of translation is $5/Kb (the cost could
be reduced if the work is not urgent).

- Location of a potential partner. we'll place the ads in the networks
and other media and will direct the answers to the customer. The cost of
this service is $10 per address. NO COMPANY CHECKING WILL BE PROVIDED.

- Checking of the existence of Russian partner. It will help the foreign
company to secure from simple (but still useful) fakes. The cost is $70
per company. Additional information (IF IT WILL BE AVAILABLE) will be
sent free of charge. The service is not ALWAYS available and sometimes
takes up to 2 weeks.

- Law consulting. The cost depends on the question, but average price is
about $100.

- Customized Sales Survey. At the moment this service is available
just for Russian Far East area. The quality is the same which required
(and offered) by the US Dept. of Commerce (actually, we perform the
research type work for them). Average time to do the research is 30 days.
AVERAGE price is $2,500 - $3,000. $1,500 downpayment is required.
Analytical work with prognosis of the situation for future is also
available, but the cost of such work will be much higher.

- Consulting on almost any part of business and life in the Russian Far
East. The cost will depend on the work required.

- What else could be of interest? We'll do it!
