I wrote a generic client for 2D bitmap graphics half a year ago. Since that we are developing a moo database that uses the graphical abilities. The client is rather simple. All bitmaps are stored local, but they can be downloaded from the server if required. I think that 2D is a good compromise. I think that the internet is yet too slow to handle 3D. It is also possible to have a client that does the 2D graphics on a text term (my first client worked this way). The client is lying at parcftp, if somebody is interested. I also made the alpha version of my moo public available - -- it was a long time not but now it is accessible again on idefix.risc.uni-linz.ac.at 4201. - -- Stefan ------- End of Forwarded Message
