My name is Jeff Van Dyke and I am in charge of publicity for the Career 
Connections Program of the Student Alumni/ae Council (SAC).  

On Wednesday, November 17, SAC and the Class of '94 Council
will be co-sponsoring an entrepreneurial forum.  The forum will take
place at 7PM in room 6-120 and will include Michael Goldberger '83, chief
technical officer of Moda Systems, Inc.; Peter Quigley '85, founder
and president of Fiberspar, Inc.; and John Preston, M.I.T.'s Director
of Technology Development. Following the question and answer session will
be a reception where light refreshments will be served.

I've enclosed a press release describing the event -- if you could 
distribute this information to the MIT Entrepreneur's Club, SEM 089 and 
any other interested parties, it would be greatly appreciated.

ENTREPRENEURS FORUM TO KICK OFF
STUDENT ALUMNI/AE COUNCIL CAREER CONNECTIONS PROGRAM

(Cambridge, Mass) -- The M.I.T. Student Alumni/ae Council (SAC) and the
Class of 1994 Council will sponsor an Entrepreneurs Forum on Wednesday,
November 17 in 6-120, beginning at 7:00pm.  This is the first of several
events slated for the SAC's newly established Career Connections program,
which was created to link M.I.T. undergraduates and alumni/ae in career
related activities.
	
	The Forum will feature brief speeches by noted M.I.T. alumni/ae
entrepreneurs, including Michael Goldberger '83, Chief Technical Officer of
Moda Systems, Inc., and Peter Quigley '85, Founder and President of
Fiberspar, Inc., followed by a moderated panel discussion and reception. 
"M.I.T. has a shining reputation for producing successful entrepreneurs. 
Among those present at the Forum, we hope some will be inspired by the
success stories of the alumni/ae to create success stories of their own,"
said David S. Park, Career Connections director.

	The Forum is open to the current M.I.T. community and alumni/ae from
