good morning maria-

i have personally subscribed you to the
mit entrepreneurs club's most generic
list for meetings and activities announcements 
and reminders of select related local similar
interest happenings ...

traffic is low on this non-discussion list, and
for the most part provides a heads-up for students
and other regular members as our weekly tuesday 
meeting approaches:

	tuesdays at 6-7pm in 56-114

i think as today and tomorrow are institute 
holidays we'll follow the calendar and not
meet formally ... but some regulars may wish 
to get together anyways.

we also offer an mit 6-credit seminar on
technology start-ups: tech start-ups at mit,
sem-095, which meets right after the 
e-club at 7-9pm also in 56-114.

mit senior lecturer joe hadzima '73, is 
co-teaching this with me this year.

you are welcome to sit in on this course for
as many classes as your schedule allows, this
late in the term.

additional bits on the e-club:
the e-club is an mit service organisation.
membership is pretty much students, faculty,
staff and alum from both the institute
and harvard, plus a very few select local 
professionals in areas relevant to science
and technology entrepreneurship ... and
seminar-095 is generally about 50-50 mit and 
cross-registered harvard undergrads 
and graduate students.

the format of e-club meetings is: come
prepared, or not, to talk briefly about 
your ideas for a science or technology 
start-up, for-profit or not-for-profit, a
life-style or a growth business; come
alone or with partners, advisors, friends,
and be prepared to be realistically reviewed 
in-real-time by a wide variety of variably
experienced mit and harvard people of all
levels of success and attempts ;)

generally we are a very friendly group open
to a wide latitude of presentation styles
and formats (no thesis-like constraints
in this crowd) and all we ask is you
participate by helping to listen, crit
and comment on others' ideas and speaking
modes and styles.

in parallel with our educational mission is
a constant development and fine-tuning of
our networking environment.
