This locker contains the Linux 5.0.0 freeware version of the Eagle
circuit board layout editor from Cadsoft. As stated in Cadsoft's
documentation, this version limits maximum board size to 100 x 80 mm,
allows only two signal layers and the schematic editor can only handle
one sheet; however it is supposed to be able to view larger boards
created with the Standard and Professional versions.

The Standard and Professional versions extend these limits but we don't
currently have funds to license them. If you are (or know of) a faculty
member who would like to use this application in direct support of teaching
MIT courses and need(s) one of the more advanced versions, please send
mail explaining this to the 3partysw@mit.edu mailing list.

Please note that as per license terms, allowed usage of this software
is strictly limited to non-profit educational use.
