Notes: For reasons I do not know, in the official FIBA ratings (as reported in the Greek
basketball journal "TRIPONTO") there are a few differences from the tables I have constructed
based on the results and the FIBA regulations I know. The differences concern the following
countries:
Spain, Greece, Russia, Sweden, Bosnia, Luxemburg, Estonia, Bielorussia, Wales
One possible explanation is that for the 93-94 season the teams from Estonia and Bielorussia
were representing Russia (?).
The only important change resulting from these differences is that Romania gets an additional
Korac Cup berth that Bosnia loses.
