DHL SmartShip site utilizes pop-up windows. You must turn off your
browser's pop-up blocker or add "mit.loopone.com" to our browser's
list of allowed sites.
In Internet Explorer, pop-ups can be configured via Tools > Pop-up
Blocker.
In Firefox for Windows, pop-ups can be configured via Tools > Options
> Web Features.
In Firefox for Mac OSX, pop-ups can be configured via Firefox >
Preferences > Content
Uploading Address
Books
If you maintain a list of addresses in another system, for example,
DHL Web Shipping or Outlook, you can import them into DHL SmartShip.
Go to the Addresses menu and select Import Addresses.
Email Confirmations
You can determine if you want email confirmations sent regarding your
shipment. To enable email receipts to yourself and/or the recipient
and modify settings, click the icon
on the Shipping screen.
Note: this feature currently works only with Internet Explorer for
Windows and Firefox for Mac OSX
