Basic Requirements for 15.963 Web Page
Due Date: February 19, 1998

If you already have a homepage then you all you have to do is send the URL to Stanley (louyang@mit.edu) so he can register it on the course web site. You don't need to do that if your page is already in student directory (access through MIT site ONLY)

If this is your first homepage, then it should contain the following elements:

  1. A title
  2. Text describing some background and interests
  3. A link to another page
  4. A pointer to an e-mail address
NOTE THAT ALL INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE IS PUBLIC TO THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD, so only put in information that you want everyone to know about you!

In particular, if you're not comfortable putting personal information on the web, you do NOT need to include any. Instead, you can create a web page for a fictional character or topic of your choosing, and that will fulfill the course requirements as long as it contains the above elements.

If you have never published anything on the web before, you may find the instructions in the 15.963 FAQ useful.

To Hand in:

Send Stanley (louyang@mit.edu) an e-mail with the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. The URL of the homepage you have created.
