Submit a NEW ChargeMIT Help Request

Please Note: This form is only for new requests. To discuss a request you submitted previously, use your email program to send a reply to one of the messages about it, and be sure the Subject: header of your message includes the request identifier, which looks like [ChargeMIT #12345]. This helps us serve you better by adding your message to the record for that request.

After submitting this request you should receive an automatic email response to let you know it is in our system. It will contain the request identifier. We try to respond to all requests by the next business day.
