In the summer of 2007, I held an internship at The Office Of Recovery Management at City Hall in New Orleans. I worked in the Strategic Planning department under Dubravka Gilic. Over the summer, I with fellow graduate students from MIT, developed business development plans for seventeen critical recovery zones across Orleans Parish. These plans included financing plans and massing models for potantial recovery projects. The summer began with property assesments of several thousand properties within the recovery zones. The projects began to become implemented in the fall and winter of 2007.
