how to use the calendar

The on-line Calendar shows available dates as "empty" in the monthly calendars. Scheduling is done for GROUPS ONLY, and not for individual students.

To view the weekly schedule, click the month you'd like to see.

May 2013-completely booked
June 2013-one date remains

July 2013-Camp Programs only, fully booked

Please note - the content of classes does not change from year to year. If a group of students has already gone through a lesson, we regret that we can not offer that same lesson to those students a second time.

ready to schedule?

To schedule an activity with the Edgerton Center Outreach Program, please use the on-line request form, after you've gathered the following information:

• Date(s) that you would like to come to the Center
• Activity you would like to do
• Grade level/ age of students
• Number of students - minimum of 12; Note: for groups with more than 24 students, more than one date may be required.
• Your contact information (phone, email, address)
• Time you would like to come, for example: 9am - 12 noon, 9:30am - 12:30pm. or 10:00am - 1:00pm
