| The Edgerton Center and its Outreach Program may take photographs of students attending an Outreach class or event. These photographs will not be used in either print or web publications without express written permission from the student’s parent or guardian (in cases where the student is a minor). Should any parent or child object to the image, the Outreach Coordinator shall immediately remove it from the site. In any case, no child’s name or age will be attached to any of the graphic files.
Photographs created as a part of our Edgerton Explorations activity may be posted on an unlinked site for students, teachers and parents to access. Accessibility will be limited to those given the url.
Should there be an activity in which photographs will be taken with the explicit intention of being used in advertising, students and parents will be asked to fill out a photo release form. Form available HERE.
