Edgerton Center Outreach Registration

Field Trip Information: Edgerton Outreach is a BIG program in a small space. We
are able to book ONE lesson for ONE group per day; simultaneous sessions are not
possible.

After you have checked our on-line calendar, please indicate your top two choices of field trip dates:	First Choice:
Remember, W, Th, and F are reserved for public and private school groups. If a date is still open 3 weeks before, then homeschool groups may book for a W, Th, or F as well.	Second Choice:

Estimated number of students who will attend Class sizes range from a minimum of 10 students up to a maximum of 24 students.

Age/grade level of students: Please indicate whether you are listing the "grade" or the "age" of the students. Please note our suggested age/grade levels for each activity in the activity description

For homeschooling/ community groups, are you willing to share a class with another small group? If yes, we will still ask before combining groups.	Yes No

Will you require a parking pass? Parking passes are $15 each. There are also metered streets around the Institute. When we confirm your date, we will explain how to purchase a parking pass.	Yes No
