MATLAB Simulations for Electromagnetism Concepts

This project is an educational initiative of the MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science for web-based computer demonstrations to be used in 6.013, Electromagnetics and Applications. The computer demonstrations allow interactive use by students of transient transmission line waves, waveguide modes, and radiation from antenna arrays. Students can set simulation parameters and view the resulting dynamics. We hope to integrate these demonstrations with stimulating homework assignments.
The Matlab Simulation of Electromagnetic Wave Propagation Project is lead by Prof. Markus Zahn and graduate student Xiaowei He of the Department Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
